Chapman's Florist & Greenhouse

Chapman’s Greenhouse and Florist got its name in 1923, when John L. Chapman built a greenhouse on his property at 58 Hart Street and created the family owned legacy that remains at the businesses core. After decades of business Chapman’s was bought by Ray and Judy McGuire who changed the vision for the small business, expanding into fresh cut floral arranging, plant retail and wholesale. Today, Chapman’s is owned and operated by Colleen McGuire Malik who brings decades of floral and plant design experience to Beverly Farms. With appreciation to their community they have partnered with families through many weddings and events to help make their special day exactly how they envisioned it.
