Charlton Becker discovered his passion for culinary arts 20 years ago while cooking his first Bolognese sauce. To this day, he can vividly remember the sounds of the sizzling pan, the way it felt to pinch spices and ingredients for the mixture, and the rich smells wafting through the kitchen as the sauce simmered. The excitement and enlightenment that he felt from creating that dish took him on a journey to fine dining restaurants. He was seasoned at Mistral, Teatro, and various Four Diamond hotels in the Boston area.
